Most contractors send whoever is available. At Tillotson, the person on your job has a financial stake in how it goes. That changes things.
Low turnover means you get experienced crews - people who've been doing this work for years, not rotating seasonal labor who don't know your job from the last one. They know Nebraska soil. They know what hail patterns look like. They've seen these problems before.
Owners care about outcomes differently than employees. When something goes wrong - or almost goes wrong - an owner fixes it. An employee waits to be told.

Every division at Tillotson - roofing, foundation, insulation, concrete - is staffed by people who have been doing this for years. They're not seasonal strangers. They're employee-owners who build careers here.

Tillotson has been growing since 1987. We added Lincoln in 2008, Aurora in 2019, Omaha in February 2025. When the company grows, the people who built that growth benefit from it.

Both of us were raised in small towns by parents who believed in values like hard work, honesty and integrity. We approach every job we do with those same, solid, Midwestern values – you have our word that we’ll do careful, quality work; we’ll meet or exceed the specifications for the job; and if something isn’t right, we’ll make it right.
We’ve been in business for a long time now and have expanded from being specialized roofing contractors and spray foam insulators to foundation repair, basement waterproofing, egress windows, and concrete lifting and as we grow we are looking forward to adding more divisions and locations. In 2023 we sold our ownership and became a 100% Employee-Owned ESOP that way when we retire Tillotson Enterprises Inc. can hold on to the great culture, core values and reputation we have all worked so hard on for so many years.
We’ve looked at a lot of projects and have seen the good, the bad and the ugly. Most of our competitors do a reputable job, but as a homeowner, building owner, or manager, you should be aware that work done by different contractors can vary widely in quality yet still look the same to the untrained eye. It’s easy for some contractors to save money by using untrained workers, perhaps using less than superior products, skimping on the product, or by using out of date equipment.
Before you necessarily accept the low bidder, we would urge you to check out their references and make a call to the Better Business Bureau. Be sure to ask for proof of their general liability and workman’s compensation too. Hi, I’m Justin, and I joined Tillotson Enterprises in 2022 as the Director of Operations. I bring 18 years of management experience across agriculture, manufacturing, roofing, and construction, and I’m focused on building strong teams and helping our company operate at a high level.
I’m a determined, competitive person who believes that true teamwork is the only path to the success our company strives for. Outside of work, I enjoy golfing, raising a litter of labs each year, and spending time with my family. My son is married and expecting his first child in the summer of 2026, and my daughter is a junior at UNL preparing for a career in the medical field.
Meghan Lewis
Sales Manager
Hi, I'm Meghan, and I joined Tillotson Enterprises in 2025 as Sales Manager. I bring more than 30 years of experience leading sales and marketing teams in both the construction and consumer goods industries. Throughout my career, I've also had the opportunity to own and operate multiple home service companies, giving me a unique perspective on customer service, business operations, and growth.
I hold a degree in Marketing and Leadership Management and enjoy helping customers find solutions while building strong relationships based on trust and communication. Outside of work, I'm a proud mom, an art lover, and a dedicated Husker fan. I enjoy spending time with family, exploring creative interests, and cheering on Nebraska athletics.

Hello, I am Tennille Allison. After over 20 years in secondary education, I’ve returned to the business world as Tillotson’s Finance/Office Manager. Although the majority of my work experience has been in education, I have kept a close connection over the years with business and industry. I was a business and technology teacher, Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) adviser, and then served as a college and career readiness coordinator and administrator which gave me the opportunity to connect students and teachers with experiences outside of the classroom to engage with business and industry. I’m excited to return to the business world and use my skills to help a growing company that values teamwork, excellence, and integrity.

Hi, I’m Beth, and I joined Tillotson Enterprises in 2023 as the Accounts Receivable/Payable Manager. I’m detail-oriented and enjoy helping keep things running smoothly behind the scenes.
I have an associate degree and take pride in staying organized and supporting the team however I can. Outside of work, I’m married with two children and enjoy spending time with family and close friends. Some of my favorite things include being outdoors, listening to music, and attending concerts.

Hi, I’m Phyllis, and I joined Tillotson Enterprises in 2024 as the Human Resources Manager. I bring 18 years of experience in the HR field and enjoy supporting both the team and the company in meaningful ways.
Outside of work, I’ve been married for 44 years and have one son, one grandson, and two great-grandsons. I enjoy live theatre, reading, and crocheting.
Chastidy Fischer

Hi, I'm Chastidy, Safety Coordinator at Tillotson Enterprises. I joined the team in 2019 and bring experience in office management, operations support, employee relations, compliance, and safety administration. My primary focus is promoting a strong safety culture through employee training, regulatory compliance, incident prevention, and continuous improvement across our operations. I am passionate about helping ensure every employee goes home safely each day while supporting our company's commitment to quality, accountability, and employee well-being.
I hold OSHA 10 Certification, Safety for the Supervisor Certification, Fall Hazard Awareness Certification, OSHA Heat Certification, and Reasonable Suspicion Certification. I enjoy working collaboratively with team members to identify solutions, improve processes, and maintain a safe, productive work environment. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and dogs and cheering on the Huskers.

Hi, I’m Storm, and I joined Tillotson Enterprises in 2021 as the Kearney Branch Office Manager. I’ve worked in an office setting for the past eight years, primarily in customer service and marketing. I enjoy working with our customers, organizing meetings and events, and - if I’m being honest - there’s nothing better than a good spreadsheet.
I studied English at UNK and have always enjoyed editing and writing in both personal and professional settings. Outside of work, I’m usually spending time with my husband and our three children - two daughters and a son. I love to cook, read, and take road trips with my family, and I firmly believe the best days start with a good cup of coffee.
Blair Shearer

Hi, I’m Blair, and I joined Tillotson Enterprises in 2023 as the Aurora Branch Office Manager. I bring over 20 years of experience in various office settings, helping keep operations organized and running smoothly.
I have two kids and three dogs, and I stay active in my community - serving on the Aurora Nebraska Chamber, volunteering at the local animal shelter, and participating on various town committees. I enjoy sports, especially cheering on our Nebraska Huskers, and I love connecting with people, whether out and about or at home curled up with a good book. When I’m not at work, you’ll often find me cooking or baking, cleaning, hanging out with friends at the lake or horse races, or relaxing with a grill and a game of cornhole. And yes - you’ll almost always see me with a coffee or energy drink in hand!

Hi, I’m Rochelle, and I joined Tillotson Enterprises in 2025 as the Lincoln Branch Office Manager. I bring a wide variety of work experience to my role and enjoy being part of a hardworking team.
I earned my B.A. in Economics from the University of Nebraska–Lincoln. One thing that makes Tillotson special to me is the crew - working with the guys sometimes feels like having a bunch of brothers. Outside of work, my perfect day is spent hanging poolside.

Dan Zysset

Hi, I’m Dan, and I joined Tillotson Enterprises in 2008 as part of the Sales team, where I helped launch our Lincoln branch office. I bring over 17 years of experience in spray-applied roof systems and spray foam, including application, estimating, sales, and customer service. Before joining Tillotson, I was a customer myself and chose the company to install a new spray foam roof on our building.
I’ve completed extensive training, including SPFA Fundamentals of Spray Polyurethane Foam & Coatings, Foam Mechanics, BPI Building Science, OSHA, CPR/First Aid, Respiratory Protection, Forklift Operation, and various warranty trainings. Outside of work, I live near Brainard, NE with my wife of 41 years, and we’ve raised six children. Our nine grandchildren keep us busy, and I enjoy hunting, shooting, riding UTVs, and taking vacations whenever I can.

Hi, I’m Chris, and I joined Tillotson Enterprises in 2007 as part of the production team. I’m now a salesman for Kearney. I bring 19 years of experience in the foam and coating industry and 12 years of residential roofing experience, along with strong knowledge of products, roof systems, and sales.
I’ve completed ABAA, SPFA, Neogard, and Everest product training, which helps me provide the best solutions for our customers. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time outdoors, fishing, and being with family.
Jenna Beckman
Branch Manager
Hi, I’m Jenna, and I joined Tillotson Enterprises in 2015 and currently serve as Branch Manager for Lincoln. I grew up shingling houses and working around my parents’ lumberyard, which led me back to the roofing industry after college. I use my organization, leadership, and management skills to help the team grow and succeed every day.
I earned an Associate’s in Biology from Northeast CC and a Bachelor’s in Fisheries & Wildlife with a Minor in Agronomy from UNL. Outside of work, my wife and I enjoy camping, jet skiing, cheering on Husker sports, working on our non-profit (The Knox Foundation), and spending time with our dogs.
Mark Cadotte

Hi, I’m Mark. I have nearly 10 years of experience in spray applications, with most of my background focused on spray foam. Every day brings something different, and that's one of the things I enjoy most about this industry. I attended UNL for a few years and originally planned to become a social worker, but life took me in a different direction. That journey eventually led me to Tillotson, where I continue to learn and grow through ongoing training and new challenges. In this industry, the learning never stops.
What I enjoy most about working at Tillotson is the people. It feels like having a larger family at work, and no two days are ever the same. There are always new opportunities to learn, take on challenges, and grow. I'm excited to see what the future holds for both our team and the spray foam industry. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and watching just about any sport imaginable. From curling to football, I can usually find something to cheer for.

Hi, I’m Kurt, and I joined Tillotson Enterprises in 2012 as part of the Production team and I’m now the Kearney Branch Manager. I bring hands-on experience, practical problem-solving, and clear communication to my work, focusing on efficient, straightforward solutions. I’m known for being reliable and transparent, helping bridge big-picture goals with day-to-day execution to deliver consistent results.
I hold a degree in Construction Management and combine formal education with hands-on training and ongoing professional development. Staying current with industry best practices helps me make practical decisions and serve clients and stakeholders effectively. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, getting outdoors, and staying active.
