Gene and Tammy Tillotson - both former teachers - started this company in August 1987 with a used Ford Ranger, a folding ladder, and a determination to build something that lasted. Gene's first job was on his grandmother's house. Nearly four decades later, Tillotson Enterprises operates out of four Nebraska locations, has completed work across the Midwest, and - as of January 1, 2023 - is 100% employee-owned through an ESOP. That means every technician on your roof or under your foundation has a personal financial stake in doing the work right. Accountability here isn't a company value on a wall.
